These Terms of Service apply to Lunar Nova Games, a games division operated under Lunar Nova LLC. They cover the Lunar Nova Games website, game pages, articles, event listings, email updates, downloadable materials, community-facing content, and related communications.

By using Lunar Nova Games pages, signing up for updates, reading articles, joining events, downloading materials, or interacting with Lunar Nova Games, you agree to these terms.

Game descriptions, screenshots, videos, release windows, events, roadmaps, and feature descriptions are provided for informational and promotional purposes. Game content, release dates, platform availability, pricing, features, and support may change over time.

Previews, prototypes, demos, dev logs, and early builds may be incomplete and may not represent final products.

Games may be distributed, wishlisted, purchased, downloaded, reviewed, or played through third-party platforms such as storefronts, launchers, community platforms, or event sites. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, account requirements, and content policies.

Lunar Nova Games is not responsible for third-party platform outages, account decisions, payment processing, moderation, refund handling, or policy changes.

If you join the Lunar Nova Games email list, you agree to receive occasional game news, release notes, article updates, event reminders, and related announcements. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time.

Event details may change due to availability, technical issues, scheduling, platform requirements, or other operational needs.

Lunar Nova Games content, including names, logos, artwork, characters, game concepts, screenshots, trailers, articles, UI, code, music, writing, and related materials, is owned by Lunar Nova LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may view and share public links to Lunar Nova Games content for personal, editorial, or community discussion. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, impersonate, scrape, or commercially exploit Lunar Nova Games content without permission.

If you send feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, ideas, screenshots, or other submissions, you grant Lunar Nova Games permission to review, use, adapt, and act on that feedback without compensation or obligation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, malicious, or unsafe content. Lunar Nova Games may ignore, remove, or report abusive or unlawful submissions.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the site or related systems.
• Use Lunar Nova Games content to mislead users or impersonate Lunar Nova Games.
• Upload malware, spam, phishing content, or content that violates another party's rights.
• Use automated scraping or data harvesting in a way that burdens the site or violates law.

Lunar Nova Games pages and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lunar Nova Games does not guarantee that the site, articles, game information, events, downloads, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lunar Nova Games and Lunar Nova LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, platform account issues, or third-party service problems.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules. These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
